What Can I Expect?
- The first meeting is the MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment) is just you on your own
- This is the important statutory meeting that addresses what you expect from the situation and how your needs and expectations may be managed
- After your meeting we will invite the other party for a similar meeting on their own
- If you are both happy to mediate we will then invite you for a meeting together
How Much Does It Cost?
- MIAM, the statutory meeting that allows you to explain your situation (just you) and to be informed about how mediation may help you £125.00 (no VAT) – lasts about an hour
- MEDIATION, together online on Google Meet. Each party pays £120.00 per hour (no VAT) – lasts up to an hour and a half per meeting
- We operate the £500 Ministry of Justice mediation voucher scheme, we can advise if you are eligible for this. WE DO NOT OFFER LEGAL AID
